My directadmin thinks he is running on a redhat 9 machine.

DirectAdmin Values
Compiled for Redhat 9.0
Server Version 1.23.3
Current Available Version 1.233000

But he is running on a Fedora Core 2 machine. How is this possible and can it become a problem in the future?

Is their a detection script of DirectAdmin thats not updated or not working correctly? Where does he get that information? And does it need fixing?

Maybe its a bug in directadmin I don't know, I am not having problems at the moment but I thought its worth a post on the forum.

Fedora C1 and 2 (don't know about 3) will DA detect as RH9. This is not a problem. :)
