nameservers under reseller

Hello there,

I tried to add nameservers in reseller menu to ro-quebec.com but only 1 nameserver was created. I would like to know where I can go to delete this nameserver since it won't delete because it needs a pair of ns1&ns2. (Not Virtual NS)

I just found the fix..

I added another ns2 under 1 ip and then, I was able to delete both NS.

I have same problem but I have only one IP at all, so I am not able to add second nameserver nor delete actual... Is there any possibility to delete only one nameserver? Or maybe I can add some IP (for example my home-sever IP address) to list? (I have no idea how can I do it...)

I believe you can add the second nameserver under the same IP#.

"Cannot execute your request. XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is already a name server."

Then DA requires two IP#s for two nameservers. Presumably because some registrars require this.

If this is causing a problem for you in removing one nameserver, then I'd call that a bug.

Have you contacted DA support?
