website trouble

I'm having trouble uploading my website.

I bought a domain, I use 8-95 web hosting. I have an index. Everytime I try to upload my site using dreamweaver and "putting files" it doesn't work. Then I tried uploading directly onto directadmin which also doesn't work. When I go to my website
there is a blank page, nothing more.

Does any one have any suggestions at all. I will be very, very thankful.

This has nothing to do with system requirements.

You should contact the company you purchased webhosting from; they're the only ones that can look at the server to see where your uploaded files are ending up.
