hello. I am trying to change my nameservers right now and it isnt working at all. I contacted my hosting company and they sent me back and email saying:

"You will need to register the IP addresses as nameservers. You will need to check with your hosting company to see if they allow this to be done."

I tried contacting customer support but got no response. Can this be done? Thanks.

Nameservers need to be registered at the registrar where the domain name was registered.

If you tell us the name of the nameservers we can actually do some checking for you.

If you are looking to change your nameservers for greyskyfilms.com to ns1.greyskyfilms.com and ns2.greyskyfilms.com, you need to log into your GoDaddy account.

greyskyfilms.com is currently using ns1.nac.net and ns2.nac.net as nameservers.

In your GoDaddy account, select the domain, then click on "Set Nameservers" you can then fill in the nameservers and their IPs.

If this isn't what you were looking for, please let me know.
