user create error

it took about 1 minite to create a user account, is it norm?

also i'm having some problems to setup sub domains, what ever subdmain i created, it just wont work, it shows me also i check my directadmin error log and found



Unable to read config file. Check to make sure that /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf.lock doesn't exist

it sounds as if there was some kind of timeout.

Did you check to see if the lock file exists?

If it does, delete it, and make sure the user exists and works before you do anything else.
