cannot open attachement in webmail

The attachement fucntion in the webmail have some problem.

sometimes i can open it and sometimes i cannot open the attachement ( showing me page not found...)

my client also experience this in the directadmin panel.

What should i do ? anybody experienced this problem ?

Hello,

What type of attachment is it? The system_filter.exim blocks out several types of attachments for security reasons, but I think you wouldn't even get the email if it indeed was blocked by the filter.

i try to open a big attachement ( around 12 MB ) in webmail

and its not working.. but in squirrelmail its working..

do you have an idea

with webmail its said : cannot open page on my explorer....

its make an error juste with attachement of around 10MB
but not with squirrelmail..
