To qualify for internal pricing you must be a dedicated server provider or dedicated server reseller. Internal licenses must always be sold with a server (reselling the licenses by themselves is not permitted).


Could VPS/VDS providers also qualify for internal pricing?

If we could verify their identity as an established VPS/VDS provider, then I would lean toward saying yes. Approval would be on a case-by-case basis, but I don't see it as a problem at the moment.
