When I got a user who has exceeded his bandwidth quota, I need to arm myself (or the reseller) to talk to the user.
I need to breakdown his usage into, for example:
1. Incoming web
2. Incoming email
3. Outgoing email
4. Others(?)
I'm an advanced Linux admin, I just need to know where DA stores the above info and in what format (for me to interrept).
