1. Where should we mention the password for accessing a password protected folder

.(for both ftp & http)
2. Can we customize the enduser and reseller control panel.if yes then mention

the customizable options/menu etc. and the procedure for the same.
3. what are the user statistics? i mean no. of visits for the control panel or if

something else plz mention.(also for subdomains statistics?)
4.There are options like start/stop/restart/reload services then what actually reload means in this context.

1. HTTP Can be done through panel and FTP not :D (why FTP ?) You could try altering the configuration file of proftpd for the user > www.proftpd.org

2. Yes this is called skinning just check the Skinning HOW-TO's on the forum

3. Statistics are Statistics! what else is there to say? It shows info about something. Webalizer stats give information about the website visits who and what. Usage stats show info about the usage of that user.

4. Reload is service specific. For HTTP it reloads the zones (when adding a new domain), so it doesn't have to be restarted (start/stop). Same goes for named this will reload the DNS zones in case of a change.

if he means make ftp accounts, that is in the control panel also. Otherwise I dont know what he means.
