languages in skin

Icons (like webmail, files, etc.) need to be fetched from the language folder.

About error messages, the skin could intercept the standard english message and convert it on the fly.

There are big problems with the |DOMAINS| and |STATS| tokens in skins. These build english only blocks with the domains list.

1)We can't translate those headers and buttons.
2)We cannot change the link to another stats application (urchin, awstat,etc.).

The enhanced skin is not multilingual ready, there are some images that are almost hardcoded.

ie. in user/show_domain.html
For the section headers, there should be something like:
|LANG_IMG_SKIN_BODY_ACCOUNT|
and that token should be added to lf_images.html
