I can't see my website when i put www in front of the domain

Hi,

I'm the webmaster of www.coolegames.com, and i accidently added "www" as a subdomain in my users account.
then my "www." domain started to screw up, so i deleted the subdomain again but i still can't go to: www.coolegames.com
(i can go to http://coolegames.com though).

Please help me, i tried to explain as much as i can with my broken English

Edit: i found out that only some people can't see it......

Add an A record to your domain's zone pointing www to your IP. I imagine DA deleted the one for www when you removed the subdomain.

Hello, I have the exact reverse of the problem stated above. When I go to essentrix7.net it doesnt resolve, if I go to www.essentrix7.net, it does resolve. If anyone can help, I appreciate it.

Me too, exept for the me-solving-part :p

I get the error:

Can't find domain.com
the www workes...

I hope I'm just being quick in asking for aid, and it will get solved by some dns-thing which takes time...

but... it's good to show the the answer in here anyway.

I have these dns-records:

domain.com. A ip
ftp A ip
localhost A 127.0.0.1
mail A ip
pop A ip
www A ip
domain.com. NS ns1.me.com.
domain.com. NS ns2.me.com.
mail MX 10

www.domain.com and domain.com both resolve to the same site.

I presume you really mean some other name.

If you hide the domain name no-one can help because we can't run any diagnostics.

sorry Jeff, I'm not used to giving client-details away...

Although it works now (probably a dns-update, that took a little longer than I expected)

The domain is ajhvanveen.nl (and the www.ajhvanveen.nl)
