Creating a subdomain and redirecting it

is there anyway with directadmin command to make it so after the form is processed it will create the subdomain then set it to redirect to a site that was chosen

I hope that you guys can tell me how I can make a redirect without make a index.html with a redirect code.

Isn't it possible to make a redirect with DirectAdmin?
