Corrupt Skin? Take a look -

Hi guys - have a look at the attached JPG file. This happened after changing the admin skin preference from enhanced to poweruser.

However even when changing back now it still sticks like this.

DA support has been informed but thought one of you might have seen this before.

Reason found. It's a bug.

Log in as admin. Go to change your own details and set the skin to, say, power_user. Press save. This changes the skin but ALSO sets the language from "en" to "power_user". To fix, simply click the "back" button and change the language to back to "en" (or whatever language).
