Update mod_itk patch from 2.2.17 to 2.2.21 apache

I updated patch for make apache at directadmin to actual version 2.2.21 from 2.2.17

Apache can bu updated using custombuild that install till 2.2.21, so, i dont see any reason to use external (and in some case non trusteable) patches.

I guess Nikolay was not clear enough, the patch has something to do with mpm-itk (http://mpm-itk.sesse.net/) (the patch for which is currently available only for Apache 2.2.17). So let him to explain, who would ever want to use the patch.

I guess Nikolay was not clear enough, the patch has something to do with mpm-itk (http://mpm-itk.sesse.net/) (the patch for which is currently available only for Apache 2.2.17). So let him to explain, who would ever want to use the patch.

Patch for 2.2.17 is not correct to version 21, so I changes him to work with updated version. If you see, into patch I not deleted any copyrights of mpm-itk.sesse.net , I just update this patch.:p
