Assign dedicated IP to reseller's user level

Is it possible to assign a dedicated IP to the reseller's user (not the resellers user accounts)?

As long as the reseller doesnt mark the ip as shared then only he can assign which user can use it.

The reseller's user gets the same IP# as you've assigned to the reseller.
