How can I obtain a DirectAdmin license for my Virtuozzo VPS account?

I was told the pricing for this type of licnese is different - $5/month. But I cant see it in the order form.

I posted the exact same topic.. I need VDS licences also.. no idea where to get them, supposedly they're $5/month (at least that's what other VDS companies offer them.. and I believe Virtuozzo mentions it on their site).
