the CGI script problem

I have upload a cgi script in one of the ftp....I show internal server error....but I upload to same server but the ftp and the site is not same...it works....how to solve this problem

Could you explain your problem a little better please? That would be very helpful in troubleshooting your problem ;)

One basic thing to try, make sure cgi-bins are enabled on the account your attempting to run them on.
