Hello,
I installed DA and now just da_admin can login into phpMyAdmin?
Users can not login into phpMyAdmin?
What should I do?

Before use phpMyAdmin you must create a database from directadmin before you can log.

You should use your MySQL DB credentials to be able to connect to a MySQL server as regular user. Thus as it was already mentioned, you should create a MySQL DB first, and only then login into phpMyAdmin.
