Create reseller problems

I had a reseller user created, lets call it test. I deleted it to reinstall it. But when i go to create the reseller "test" it says: Cannot Create Account

That username already exists on the system

Seems as though DA had not deleted the account fully

Just a note. you might want to check these files to see where the user delete failed.

/etc/passwd - user account information
/etc/shadow - secure user account information
/etc/group - group information
