User Backups

I am trying to transfer a user backup from one server and restore on another.
Only problem is, it doesn't show as a file in DA under User Backups. If I SSH into and go to the user_backups folder, it is there. It is a 6GB file. Lot's of pictures.
I transfer it to the new server and same problem. It does not show up in DA. I was able to do this with several account without error. The largest of them was under 100MB.
Any idea on how to get this working?

Hello,

Are you sure it's in the same user_backups directory as for the user that you are logged in as? (ie: /home/admin/user_backups and not some other user). Also make sure that both the user_backups directory and the files are chowned to the correct users (and not root) and have sufficient permissions to be read.

I have done all of that. It only has this problem, if it is a very large file.
Even on the machine doing the backup. DA says the backup was created succesfully, but it doesn't show in file manager or the users backup section of DA. To see it you have to use ftp or ssh software.
