You contact DirectAdmin Sales (http://www.directadmin.com/support.html), first to find out if the license is indeed transferable, and later to actually get it transferred to your account once DirectAdmin staff and seller have completed their communication.

Before purchasing a "used" license, please ask the seller for the license ID# and then double-check with us. Many times licenses are purchased fraudulently and then sold to a 3rd party, who then loses their license when the chargeback is discovered.
