Hello,
Im going to be making a server company and Im looking for control panels. I might possibly choose this one and I was woundering how hard is it to make a skin and Also would anybody be able to make a skin like the X skin for cpanel?

Ive started work on my "X" skin for direct admin: http://anzix.gamerz2k.net/dx.html But I wont have any place to test it since I dont have direct admin yet. Also Can I change icons for everything?

ooh, blatant rip offs, how quaint.

I don't think you should breach copyrights like this. i dont think that you will be accepted into the DA community very well if you start riping off other peoples work.
