Backup Restore & Permission 600

Hi
I create backup in Reseller account on server1
and Restore backup in admin account on server2 (download backup file whit SSH to server2)
but Permission of all PHP files is 600?
why?

What is wrong WHIT 600...its more safe.

I use joomla CMS and joomla can not work whit Permission 600
and Should change Permission of all php file to 644
