Adding a new account problem

Hello,

I just tried adding a new account using DA and this is the error I got:

Error Creating User philtester

Details

User Already Exists
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for philtester
The home directory for philtester was not created.
---


The user doesn't really exist. Could this be something to do with upgrading PHP and MySQL to the newest builds?

Creating a new user in DirectAdmin should not be affected by updating mysql. Try removing the username through ssh and try attempting to create the account again. I belive its because the user is in the user list ofthe operating system already.

It was actually a libsafe problem that was caused during the update. All fixed now..
