View Full Version : New Reseller registered, but no IP is showing

Hello,

I have a new reseller that just registered.
The problem is that when I look at the reseller's User Data I see:
.....
Ftp Accounts 1
E-Mail reseller@email.com
Name reseller-usersname
Language en
IP(s) (this is blank) (see attached image)
Name Server 1 ns1.xxxx.com
Name Server 2 ns2.xxxx.com
.....
Is there any way to get the server's shared ip showing? I have never had this problem before. All other users and resellers are OK.
Any help is appreciated...!

I forgot to mention that when I click Modify User's Data I see that my server's ip is already assigned but there are no ip's at the Current IPs table (see image current_ip.jpg)
