MySQL Down when perform full system backup

Hello,

Last night, I was setup Full system backup which include the system files.
when full system backup started, MySQL services down.

And it down for already 5 hours. ><'

DA also won't start it. After it down

I've to use command "killall mysqld" follow by "service mysqld start"
to get it up.

What OS do you have? MySQL version? The similar problem some years ago had we on FreeBSD.
