Installing but failing

I've installed directadmin, but for some reason i am not getting any answers on the ip when i Http://xx.x.x.x:2222

why? wrong ethernet_dev= i used?

It's on a vps centos 5 64bit.

I think I got this error

Check with directadmin logs.

in /var/log/directadmin/ directory

httpd errors are not related to directadmin that doesnt listen on :2222

better check directadmin's own logs as zeiter pointed
