I want use system software via RPM's. How I can install DirectAdmin avoid custombuild/customapache.

Hello,

Just try it and write a How-To. I believe that's not a big difference how software is installed. The config files location and structure is much more important.

So if you install them with yum and take care about configs, that should work.
