Suspending a customer

How do we manually suspend a customer? I just don't see the option.

Hey,

Admin login => "Show all users" and under the "Select" column put a check for the user your want to suspend and then click on the "Suspend/Unsuspend" button.

can also be done on the reseller level also.....

Yes, it can be done the same way.

On the reseller page goto List users, check the accounts you wish to suspend then click the Suspend/Unsuspend button.
