i would be cool if you have an intergrated billing system in direct admin then it would be very easy for us reseller's to do as we dont have to search around for a billing system?

I think it's better to stick with external billing and ticket systems. Sticking with external stuff allows for endless possibilities in the workings of each system. My opinion, though.

And of course, if something ever is added, make sure it's togglable on/off ;)

It could be nice to have it but it SHOULD NOT be included.

They already have a lot of work to do with DA, let's not put a complex Billing Manager :)
