Change creator account

Hello,
it is possible to change the account creator?
I want to delete a reseller, but there are user accounts created with this dealer.

Move the clients to another reseller, then delete the reseller, then, (unless the IPs are preserved, assign the IP(s) from the deleted reseller to the other reseller (I'm not sure the moving between resellers preserves the IPs, haven't had the need to move clients *yet*)
