Named won't take in new change right away

Even if I try to restart it. I'm doing an nslookup using the server and it's not picking up new records. I added ns1.xxx.com and ns2.xxx.com to the record because they are the name server ips and it's not working.

Any ideas or how long does it usually take to pick up changes through DA?

Ahh, so here's something odd, when you make DNS changes from the User panel, they get taken into effect immediately, when doing it from the Admin panel, they don't take effect at all.
