Need new Clamav setup

I'm currently running DA on Fedora4. I know, it's an old server. :o

Someone setup my server for me, but I kicked him out and now I'm in trouble.
Apparently I'm running MailScanner in combination with ClamAV. I don't know how SpamAssasin is setup now. From MailScanner or not. I don't know. So I've got 2 instances of Exim.

I'm also using Dovecot. I don't now why we changed to Dovecot, but I remember it was necessary for some reason.

My ClamAV was 0.94.2-1.fc4. It is EOL.
I managed to ruine clamd yesterday. But emails still come in fine.
I managed to get rid of the old ClamAV (yum remove clamav*) today.
Now I'm stuck. Email still seems to work.

I read everywhere that MailScanner is not the way to do things anymore.
Exim can call ClamAV directly now.

Who can help me change things?

I want the latest Exim with SpamBlocker (by Jeff Lasman) and the latest ClamAV working directly from Exim. And Freshclam working just fine so ClamAV stays up-to-date.

Who can do that for me? Jeff Lasman himself maybe?
Carefull this server is live and serving my clients. So don't mess it up !! :eek:
How fast can it be done? I prefer you do it at night so not to manny clients will call me if something goes down for a minute. I'm in Belgium (CET).
