bandwidth meter not working

i find out that 1 of my user bandwidth show 0.

may i know how to fix this problem

Is that user's account working?
Is domain delegated and has correct NS records?

What happens if you:

cd /usr/local/directadmin
echo "action=tally&value=username&type=user" >> data/task.queue
./dataskq d800
change username to the actual user.
