Help With DirectAdmin

It seems anything i upload cant be seen by the public... i am the only one that can see it because it uploads it to some ip and not the webhosting space.
Tried a lot of things and i thought i would post and that would help

You made sure it was the public_html directory you uploaded too?
Your hosting company should have told you how to access files on your website, whether by a domain.
Have you also tried ip/~username access?

No not yet...
But i just upload all teh files to public_html? hmm... i will see if that works
