Error message to restore the user domain !!

I use Admin Backup/Transfer > Restore Backup > restore user

I receive an error message:
Warning: ftp_chdir(): Failed to change directory. in - on line 30
Invalid remote path '/backnow'

The backnow directory doesn't exist on the remote server?

I found the problem exists because the problem is that the file belongs should be admin, and remote backup of the file attributes that the root user ~ it is not possible to restore
