Backup ftp question

So i figured out how to change the ftp port for "admin/backup transfer". I edited the ftp_upload.php script and added -P 2121. Works fine.

But now my problem is with "System Backup". I'm trying to get it to ftp on non standard port but it doesn't work. Does it use a different script?
