submit user backup, but nothing response

i have submit my user backup, the file size only 161mb

i hv wait for more than 1 hours, but nothing is come out in backup folder.

may i know why like this.

check the logs for directadmin and check if crond is running.

If you are not the server administrator then you probably need to contact your hosting company.
