I need help with subdomain

I was wonderig if somehow when you add a user and put like theirname.ourdomain.com and it makes it and goes to their users public_html folder?

Create it as a separate domain.

when you make the account just put theirname.ourdomain.com and it will go to the public_html folder of their account. I've been doing this since I got it ;)
