adding subdomains

I want to create a 100's of subdomains. Adding them one by one thru the control panel will take a lot of time. Previously I've used ENSIM where uploading folders like

subdomain1.domainname.com
subdomain2.domainname.com
subdomain3.domainname.com

will be automatically considered as subdomains. Can something like this be done with DirectAdmin? My server has DirectAdmin v1.21.3

Or

is there anyway to avoid adding subdomains one by one thru the control panel ?
