direct admin support doesnt reply

i was looking to buy direct admin for lifetime but i have mailed many times directadmin support and sales both and they haven't replied me...

is this type of support direct admin gives? the say they give 27*7 but never online in chat and never responding to email...

I e-mailed them 2 days ago and got response the same day few hours later. DirectAdmin support is awesome.

Check your spam box, make sure you did not mistyped the e-mail address, etc- I think those are most common?

i emailed then twice thrice many time from my yahoo but i didnt get there reply...

i dont know what to do now...

i was just testing there support team...
if someday a problem arise and i want help then how will i get the support if they dont even reply now....

I've never had any issues,..... maybe your email didnt reach them, or like sokolkapl said, maybe their response was blocked (it happens trust me). Did you use the Safe Submit Form (https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php)?
