Help... Can't receive or send email after spamd

Hi,

I was trying to update to spamassasin to current version...

in the middle i read a thread, suggest doing spamd. After that, my mail header doesn't do X-scanner anymore...

then i tried reinstalling the spamassasin so many times, and followed the "How to thread " over and over again....

Not getting any emails!!

Can someone please help me... I am going to die soon....

It looks fine, however, All of my mail box not getting mail!


I am trying to send email to myself....
if i've
# service exim stop
# service MailScanner stop
# service MailScanner start

I check /var/spool/exim.in/input
the mail is in there, however i can't receive it.

If i do...
#service MailScanner start
The mail in /var/spool/exim.in is gone to /var/spool/exim/input/ however, there's about 500 mails waiting in there....

And in the /var/log/exim/mainlog file, there's no update on it.

Hello,

I'm not sure because of all of the other 3rd party apps added on. If you need to get it working, you can always revert to the original exim.conf:

wget -O /etc/exim.conf http://files.directadmin.com/services/exim4.conf

Make sure you don't have /etc/exim_outgoing.conf anywhere in your /etc/init.d/exim file.
