Hello,

1) yes, you just create the subdomain as another domain in your account. New domain: sub.domain.com. DA doesn't know the difference and it should work fine.

2) I don't believe it can be done with the current setup. I think you need to add special headers into the email, which could only be done by changing exim itself (unless there is a way to send the content type without a header, but I don't think there is)

I am trying to create email@sub.domain.com too, but it is not working right for me.

Currently my MX for domain.com is set to a 3rd party email filtering company. If i send email to email@sub.domain.com, i'll get a NDR "Unknown User".

Anybody has any success?

Thanks.

When I send an email to email@sub.domain.com it bounces back to me.

You should probably ask for help from the third-party email filtering company; it would be hard for us to guess what an unnamed company is doing to check for the username before accepting email.
