Looking for Macintosh-friendly reseller hosting with datacenter and office preferably on the US East Coast.
Requirements:
• Support and good knowledge of DirectAdmin
• ***RELIABILITY***
I am sick and tired of servers that are down every other day for hours at a time, and support reps who are unaware of it or claim it was only for 15 seconds.
• Macintosh-friendly
This means "we know mac inside out", not "we had a technician once who used a mac at home".
• RapidWeaver-friendly
This means "we know the RapidWeaver publishing panel", and "we know what is the latest version of RapidWeaver", at the very least.
• Real-time online support
This means AIM/iChat or Skype support or at the very least, online chat support that is not permanently offline.
• Reasonable pricing
This means VPS hosting at *very* competitive prices. I do not intend on paying any more than I have to. There is no reason to pay more for reseller hosting than regular hosting. Trial period essential.
