newbie question about propagation

three days after receiving info from heihachi about the setup of my hosting account and my domain registration my domain still has not propagated and is not reachable.

because i did not get any answer on my support tickets :mad: i hope somebody here can help me.

is there anything i have to do like changing dns records?

any help is much appreciated.

You are saying that your domain still is not working, then you should contact your hostingprovider.

DirectAdmin can't help you with this, since they only provide a controlpanel.
You can also choose to register the domainname by yourself with a provider.

thanks for your answer. heihachi is not responding. as i wrote: no answer on those tickets.

i thought i d might have to do anything regarding dns settings, because the second part of the dns form in directadmin looks somewhat empty to me.

What is your domain, and what is the "IP" for the hosting server you are supposed to be on. I can check to see what it currently shows for you.
