phpMyAdmin access

I am experiencing a weird problem with a customer that is trying to access phpmyadmin. He is the only one so far with access problems. I tried for him with his username and password (Sames we use to access DA control panel) and it won't let me in.

If i try with any other user i have not problems..

Any ideas?

Does he have any databases? The username isn't added to mysql until database is created.
