Forbidden folder access

You don't have permission to access /tnet/ on this server.

I have CHMOD this directory to 755 AND public_html to 755

Any way to allow users to browse this directory?

What's the contents of the directory? It must have an index file, or you must make a minor change to apache (using an .htaccess file) to allow it to show a non-index file, or you must specify the file.

I would like it to show the contents of the folder - with out the need for an index file. I want them to be able to view or browse the directory.
