Download SQL DB Error

hello when i am browsing to
MySQL Management/And clicking the Download Button of a DB It is giving me this error



Unable to download backup

Details

/home/tmp/DataBase.gz already exists, cannot make backup.

i already asked my host to fix it but they said that they didnt knew how to and the only way they can think of is set up a new hosting account for me

i thought in making a new db and import the db using big dump .. but i would like to know how to fix this

Sounds to me like you may not have used the Site Backup feature:

http://www.site-helper.com/backup.html

Check that this has run (you get a Message in Messages).

If /home/tmp/DataBase.gz is an old backup and you don't need it anymore then delete it.

i would love to but i am just a user... i cant access the directory /home/tmp/
and a staff member told me he is unfamiliar with Linux and dosnt know where to find it

Oh you need to switch to another provider. What if something really bad happens?

something really bad happent already ... :))
they accidentally somehow deleted all my data... folders everything
only the SQL Databases were saved .. thank god lol

i had to back up a few of my site pages from the google cache lol

also they suspended my account for 5 damn days without to let me know
or reply because i had an iframe script in a single html file that pointed to a site that was blocked by mozilla..
the script was added in my html files by a virus from my pc wasnt my purpose to do that :|

i talked about this with a person from the site from your signature some months ago on the live support

i searched for a hour for a host that uses direct admin with a cheep price and found that site ..
i pay 2 $ monthly at them so i will stick with them for now ...
but when i will get ready to change them i will move to newwebsite.com :)
