Hotmail email Problems..

hi all im facing problems with email being sent to hotmail/live address.. ive look all on forum about problems and try them it doesnt help and ive telnet to smtp servers and there fine the emails go to queued for delivery. ive email hotmail at senderid@hotmail.com but email failed and dont know what to do from here.

Write them from a different address to contact them (gmail, hotmail, etc) and ask them to help you.

Since you're sure it's nothing discussed here, it's not easy for us to offer you any help.

You probably always need to put in something; even if only a note saying you're not sure.

No; it's been years since I had a problem with them, and things change over time.

hmm ok just to update i can SEND to hotmail via outlook with admin account but takes time to send email... but ive tryed setting up account on vps to get details to send but not having it

The mail is probably being delivered to the junkmail folder. Try sending something to me newwebsite0@hotmail.com

its not in junk it just says queued for delivery

You see that in your exim log correct? That means that hotmail has accepted it.

Have you sent something to me yet?

correction it got the email but hasnt delivered it

and admin account says this when i try sending it Message not sent. Server replied: Authentication failed 535 Incorrect authentication data

Sorted hotmail emailed me back and sorted it in 24hrs and now able to send to hotmail/live

aprrently hotmail was blocking my ip of my vps due to something to do with spam or something..
