Email Passwords

I just recently switched to a host that uses DirectAdmin. So far I like it a lot. However, I am wondering if there is a way for POP users to change their passwords? With my past host, POP users could log into a utility to change their passwords. Does DA facilitate this?

http://www.domain.com:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD
